Adsense Part 5 - Account Activation

Welcome to Part 5 of the Learn Adsense Course. In this part you’ll learn about the Adsense Account Activation which you reach once your account has first reached $50.

Now, once you’ve worked hard to get your account to $50 (That may take you a long time, or it may not), then your account will undergo an activation process. In this process, you must activate your address via a Pin Number they send. This is very important because they won’t send you any payments without your account being activated.

Now, once you have requested for a Pin Activation Key to be sent to you, you should carry on as normal, earning money, until the Pin Arrives after 2 - 3 weeks. If you receive it, you can follow the instructions on the card, and then enter the Pin Number. You’ve then activated your account!

However, in some places (Especially in India) there has been a lot of people who haven’t received their Pin when they requested it. If you are one of these people, don’t panic, after a while you may request another one. Once you’ve requested your second one, continue as usual for a few weeks. If it still doesn’t arrive after that, they may either ask you to request another one, or they will ask you to verify your address a different way, such as with a latest bank statement or something like that. Don’t worry, there is always a way to activate your account.

Activating is a very easy process to follow and everyone must follow it. You should definately know about it so you are prepared when you reach $50.
