Adsense Part 4 - Payment Options

Welcome to Part 4 of the Learn Google Adsense Course. In this part, you will learn the various payment options given to you by Google Adsense.

Everyone uses Google Adsense to make money now. That is why we all signup to it. Actually getting the money from Google could be quite tricky for some places of the world.

At the moment, there are two main payment methods - Electronic Funds Transfer (Also known as EFT) and Cheque. There are other methods provided to people in different countries that can’t do this.

EFT is where you give Google your bank details and they will transfer the money directly into your bank, for free. The positives of this are that it is a really quick method, and you’ll get your money a lot faster than the Cheque method. Unfortunately, some people don’t like this method because it can be seen as unsafe, but I’ve been fine with it.

The next method is Cheque. There are two methods of Cheque you could use - Standard Cheque or Secured Express Cheque. Standard Cheque is just a usual delivery to the address you specify which takes 2-3 weeks to arrive normally, and is free. Secured Express Cheque is like this, but its sent by Courier and it takes around a week to arrive, which is much quicker, but you have to pay a $29 processing fee.

Sometimes your payment doesn’t actually arrive, and in which case you will be allowed to request a new one after a month or so of no payment.

There are the main payment methods of Adsense. We look forward to seeing you on Part 5.
